Samsung needed a smarter, more unified way to engage its channel and Engage IQ helped them develop it.

The result is the B2B Connect Partner Portal, a central platform that gives Samsung and its partners a single place to collaborate, share information, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable outcomes.

The challenge

Samsung’s channel operations were becoming increasingly complex. New product lines, new markets, and more sophisticated partner needs created pressure on both internal teams and external relationships. Content lived in multiple systems.
